Fullname : CAO TUAN

Born in 1959 in Cho lon, south of Vietnam, Asia. Lives and works in Ho Chí Minh city, Vietnam.

1981 – Graduated from Industrial Fine Arts College in Song Be.

1992- Graduated from Fine Arts University in Ho Chí Minh City.

Did design and illustrations for Nhi dong-Khan Quang Do-Muc Tím magazines (children’s magazines)

1992-1993 – Won a prize at a painting exhibition held by Saigon Tourism

1998 – Won a prize at the 300th anniversary of the foundation of Saigon
